The Seed of an Idea We are a family with a shared dream: to step out into the dirt and cultivate something of our own. Three Roots Harvest is a first-generation, family-run farming venture currently in its earliest days. While we are still actively searching for the perfect plot of land to rent, the foundation for our farm is already fully established.
Science Meets Sustainability While we are first-time aspiring farmers, we aren't starting from scratch. We bring a unique blend of professional expertise to the field. By combining a background in solar sustainability with a professional career in food science, we are building a farm rooted in a deep respect for both the environment and the science of high-quality food. We understand energy, earth, and what makes produce exceptional from a rigorous, scientific standpoint.
Our Vision for the Soil Our goal is to cultivate crops we genuinely love, focusing initially on robust garlic and flavorful Waltham butternut squash. From day one, we are fully committed to sustainable agricultural practices. We plan to work in harmony with the local environment, ensuring our future harvests are as good for the earth as they are for your table.
